Contra-indications
Under the influence by the exogenous oxide of nitrogen (NO- therapy):
- Expressed hypotonia, NO possesses vaso-dilating effect, can decrease blood pressure in sensitive patients.
- Disturbance of the coagulability of the blood.
- The innate insufficiency of glucose -6-phosphat dehydrogenase (fovizm), in this case erythrocytes experience the scarcity of the system for protection from oxidation.
- Early the period afterward the hemorrhages (including internal), by the calculation of the hypo-coagulation effect of the nitrogen oxide, increased hemophilia can be intensified.
- Danger of capillary hemorrhages in patients with trophic ulcer against the background of vessel malformation.
- Action above the mammary glands in the period of lactation.
- Sharp myocardial infarction.
- Hemorrhagic stroke.
- Allergic reaction to the oxide of nitrogen, the intensive painful reaction to the action of NO.
